Can't get full reverse with new Spektrum DX5C

So I upgraded the tx/rx in the RTR kit to the Spektrum DX5C kit. Everything works great except I only get about 25% reverse power. Throttle endpoints are 100%, and I don't know where to go from here. Any Suggestions?

This is my first electric, as I've only ran Nitro's in the past. Thanks

I believe I did. I don't know if I did it right, but I followed the Spektrum manual. Is there a specific Traxxas esc procedure, separate from the spektrum procedure.

I have everything else working (2speed, lockers, etc).

Is your Rx an AVC reciever? I know spektrum avc recievers have to be calibrated to the Tx.
