I have a change to get a good shape used XO-1 6407 (no TSM, not water proof).

Can I just upgrade to new Tx and ESC to get TSM and water proof?

Any other major differences in 6407 and newest version?

You could install a waterproof ESC.

Yeah - was thinking of upgrading the Tx and Rx with TSM (and water proof).

I have as well and swapped TSM into mine. I didn't care about waterproofing mine though because I only run when it is dry.
