EZ-peak dual unable to enter manual mode on slot 2

    Hi folks,

Need your help for my EZ-Peak dual charger....
I'm unable to enter manual mode on slot 2, whatever the connector (with or without ID).
No issue on slot 1, it works perfectly.
Already tried several lipo on both slots, it works only on slot 1.
Anyone encountered the same issue and solved it??

    Many thanks for your help!

    Cool! you are there!
The switch is not on the high output. I'm able to charge two lipos at the same time, but only the slot 1 could enter in manual mode.
So, on slot 2 I can only charge a lipo with a trx ID connector, even when I charge only 1 lipo.
All leds are reacting properly when I plug a lipo, but nothing happen when I hold both bottom buttons with a none trx ID connector.
As it works perfectly on slot 1, I don't think that 'I'm the issue'

That was about the only thing I can think of. Have you called traxxas support? Have you made sure both buttons are operational on the left side? Obviously the start button works as you can charge traxxas ID batteries, maybe the charge rate button is not working. Give traxxas a call and see what they can come up with. Make sure you have the charger and batteries in front of you.

I now also think about a charge rate bouton failure. When I hold both buttons with a trx ID plug, it starts charging like if I just push only the start button.
I thought about calling traxxas support, but....you know, as I'm not english/amercican, writing and reading is easy for me, speaking, understanding and be understood is another deal!
I can't go to the hobby shop where I bought it, f**** confinement...
It really seems to be a hardware issue, I maybe have to wait the end of confinement and check it with my retailer.

    Thanks Fnfancy for your support
