    who makes best mesh electroinics cover?

    I'd like to add a mesh cover velcroed into my x-maxx. Any suggestions for who makes the best one?

    I have a HR one but donít use it. I may sell it but I want to make sure itís not damaged.

    I have the HR one. Fits well. Keeps water and debris out. Does generate a little extra heat though.

    I have the Dusty Motos, they have too the shock socks.

    Dusty motors on xmaxx and rustler. Works great but does hold in a bit of heat.

    hmmm...yes heat retention. I hadnt considered that. I wonder if I could cut a hole in it where the fan is for the speed controller so as to help force cooler air in and push warmer air out?

    I can't speak for the others, but the dusty motors cover has a zipper on it, you could probably leave that partially unzipped to help with heat removal.

    I've got one on order through my local Traxxas supplier (RCexcitement). I'll post up any solution to heat accumulation I arrive at! Thanks for all the feedback.
