Your fans are definitely goofed up. Yeah racing makes replacement fans that you can put in instead as a basic fix. You could also get a castle 2028 fan shroud.

Sure sounds like they are moving some air
It’s when you don’t hear the fans running is time to repair

Probably broke a fan blade of two.

I checked on mine on a year down last week and I have one broken blade.

For me I'm replacing once they totally go.

Keep a eye on temp if you have the BT link app.

Probably broken some of the blades. Could be that they need lubrication as well.

Broken fan blades is correct. Thank you again for the suggestions.

Recommend the Castle 2028 fan shroud for replacement, as it's cheaper and the fans are larger. The soldering on them can be a bit weak, so don't yoink the wires too much. It will slot in nicely if you have 18/50 gear ratio, otherwise you might have to use cable ties.

Shroud may work for stock motor, fans that come with it are trash.

Is the Castle 2028 fan shroud the best options for replacing the fans? As I have 1 broken blade. And looking to replace mine at some point

At 40$ for the stock... Those fans are like $1 each if that... whole sale.. 15$ for the castle

Wish I took a pic of the fan part# when I had my shroud off. Such a pita to pull off without pulling motor. As may just want to replace fan only.

I used one on my first attempt at cooling
Fans. My motor is a bit too big to use it well. Good luck.

It's better in terms of price at least, the stock one's are just ridiculously expensive. The fans are bigger and more silent as well. I've yet to break any blades on mine, and I've been using it for a while. Only had to re-solder one of the fans because the wires came loose. Seemed like a bad solder from factory. My impression is that stock fan blades break too easily, and at that price they are just not worth it.

With this setup, I have to remove zero screws and avoid the motor lift altogether.

With the SKYRC one, you still have to remove screws, but at least they are on top.
