    E revo ver 1 shock oil?

    Hi all,

    What’s the recommendation for shock oil in e revo version shocks please?

    I was going to use 80wt.?

    Suspension setup is very personal, no two people drive the same nor is two different locations the same. Let's start with what is the vehicle doing that you wish to improve?

    Depends what pistons you use. I use the VDK #2 pistons in front/rear (pretty sure stock has different sizes in front/rear) and I find that using more than 60wt tends to cause problems with breaking the pistons in half. Guessing the non-vdk pistons may be a bit more robust as there isn't a relief cut in them for the reed valve.

    Ran the same setup when my ERBE was a v1 and now that it's a v2.
