    E-REVO 2.0 Vs UDR

    Hi everyone

So I have a e-revo 2.0 and my brother has a UDR. My brother wants to know why the e-revo is faster. They both have the velineon vxl 6s. Plus the e-revo is heavier. Could someone help me out?

    My e-revo is stock

My brothers udr has open-diff and slightly bigger gears

My guess would be different gearing (not only the spur and pinion gear, the transmission gears, diff ring gears, etc). Also, having different batteries (2s and 3s Lipos) makes the speed and handling much different.

Also, the E Revo has larger tires, so that might be another reason.

Not to be Mr. "actually" but the erevo is 2 pounds lighter and along with a more aerodynamic design and bigger tires it makes sense the erevo is faster. I understand why ur asking cuz when the UDR first came out I kinda thought the same thing.
