Traxxas 3s Lipo Problem with charging

I have a traxxas 3s lipo that ive had for 1-2 years. it has worked very well until the last couple of weeks when charging. (it runs very well in my slash 4x4). But when I plug it in to my ez peak live charger it shows me a error code every time. (flashing light number 4 on the error code). it also shows that 2 of the cells are at 0.0v and the other is at 3.7v.

from inspecting the battery I noticed the balance plug is ripping and coming out of the connector. Does the error on the charger have to do with the cells of the battery or the balance connector itself.

You answered your own question - balance connector. The charger is not able to read what the cells are. If you can use a multi-meter to probe the individual cells.

Ok thanks LOL. I thought it was the balance connector. ill give Traxxas a call
