I saw this, but can't find any information on parts. Anybody else have any luck finding anything?
I find your lack of teepee disturbing.

How would i go about buying a body?

Yokomo generally makes 1/10th scale drift cars (some touring), so just searching up Yokomo bodies will give you 1/10th drift bodies. The links Squeegie posted are correct.
It does look almost identical to the Latrax Rally... with the exception of the electronics and a drift gyro.

Cheating... I guess it would in some cases, but most drift comps allow the use of gyros.
I would say drift gyros are very different compared to TSM or AVC. They are seperate from the receiver, and plug into the receiver, and the servo plugs into it. Instead of always countersteering while waiting the car to return back to center, the gyro countersteers very briefly, and returns back to center immediately. Some also allow you to set steering endpoints, so it's not really TSM.
I have tried drifting my 4 Tec 2.0 around as a RWD, and its harder than most people think. It spins out extremely easily, and after a bunch of practicing (half an hour for several days straight), I still spin out. Back to 4wd, and it's much easier, but it's still not easy. The purpose of the gyro (imho) is to make drifting "possible", instead of "easy".

This is what’s in the Drift Package Mini:
