    emailed csv not sent

I did a few short runs to test and learn how to the Traxxas Link app works.
I have a Traxxas 4 channel transmitter with Traxxas Link and connection by bluetooth to my phone.

I am able to view the test recording in the media tab. But if I click on the email csv data it never attaches anything.

When the app creates the email it shows a csv at the top of the screen. But the fileis never sent.

Any idea what is going on?

Is there any way I can view the data and audio files directly on my phone?

    Thanks

Called Traxxas support yesterday. What an absolute waste of time.

The tech had no idea what was going on. He said he was product support not app support. Really?

Anyway, all he could do was send a message to the app support department regarding the problem.

So I spent lots of money upgrading my radio system and adding the Traxxis Link module and still can't use it properly.

I will update this thread if there is any more info

Absolutely nowhere. Traxxas support refuses to assist in anyway.

I have been contacting support periodically and only get a canned response " we are not app support" and the equally useless "they are working on it"

    Yeh right

Have you used File Manager to locate the csv data files? If you know the path, you can attach them to an email yourself using Gmail. Or simply copy the data files from the Traxxas folder location and drop to your local drive.

Let me know if you're still struggling - we can get 'er done!

    I would REALLY appreciate that!
I do have a file manager on my Android phone but do not know where to look. If I understand correctly, at least some, of the any app data is in a hidden directory that I can not get to unless the phone is rooted.
I rooted my old Android phone and it was a lot of work. But since this is my only phone I can't take the chance of messing anything up or loosing any data

I am willing to do some searching around my phone if you can offer suggestions
    It is greatly appreciated

Did you open Files and look under Recent Files to see if the CSV was there? If you know the name of the data file, try searching for it in the search box at the top of Files.

I forgot how limited stock Android file management apps are - ugh. I always rooted my phones until the last 4-5 years as I just don't have that kind of time anymore.

It's possible to use Android File Transfer to locate the videos and files, I use it to clen my phone when it has an amount of unnecesary files.
