Put your rocker back on. But the shock in by the motor first. Then slide other end of shock into the rocker. It is slightly keyed some so will only slide in from one direction.

The rocker post came out all in one with the screw you know how you unscrew the one screw on the rocker arm and then the post holds it all came loose and the post came out along with the arm when unscrewing it it was really hard to unscrew becuase I was unscrewing the post too not even knowing but now the post is halfway screwed in and I dont know how to get it down there pushed all the way

Two options.
End wrench I think 8mm
Or put the screw in the top. Then once the top screw is in keep going and it will turn the shock post.
Hold onto post with end wrench or plyers to break top screw free and install rocker

And as always with small machine screws, nuts, bolts, back turn (loosen) the screw till the threads engage and line up. Then tighten
so you don't cross thread. Not cross threading on your Car will save ya hassle down the road.

I think best way to learn is to fail. Then look why it failed and understand why. Kinda standard in engineering, understanding failure modes ect. If you understand how things work it helps with the overall view. Understanding why a part fails helps know what to do to prevent it.
I googled up some vids today on gsg 22lr 1911 tear downs. found ones on the firing pin assembly, And some mods to do to a fix on the extraction and cycling issues I was having, took a while to implement. But fixing cheap manufacturing issues.
