    Help with receiver!

Does the traxxas 6518 receiver have tsm? It doesn't say tsm on the receiver, but my lhs said that it did. Any help is awesome, thank you.

Traxxas says telemtry but not TSM.
I just popped that number into the search bar on the regular traxxas site.

I went to the live chat and they said it did have tsm. Now I am confused. Thank you for your response. Anyone used this receiver and can tell me firsthand?

Never mind, I guess it doesn't have tsm. I returned it and I bought the 6533, which has tsm. That solves my questions. Goal achieved.

If it has TSM it should say it on the receiver. If you look up that part# it says it has telemetry but no TSM.

#6533 is the TSM receiver. Here is where it shows the different ones: https://traxxas.com/support/Traxxas-...ement%20(TSM).

    Receiver #6518?

If it does have TSM, Traxxas needs to update their info.

Sorry buddy but post #171 on page 5 of Flux's thread VXL-8S ESC Calibration states #6518 (non TSM receiver).

That is correct Rain Dawg. I have never come across a 6518 receiver that is TSM ready.

The only one I ever used that is TSM ready is a 6533.

    It happens.

Just know that you are lucky to remember that it fails. It gets real bad when you can't remember that it fails and everything you think you know is right, when in reality you are believing in things that never happened or were said.

I apologize, that is a little deep and I better quit talking about it before I forget or start believing what I just typed!

Hmm...... that is kind of like a zen riddle now isn't it?
