    3c battery issues...

    My new, day old 3c battery won't take a charge. It keeps boning at 4a... what's going on? The other battery is recognized. Help!

    How is traxxas customer service? The batteries are less than 72 hours old and already ruined. My LHS told me I need to go through them to see if they'll replace.

    Their customer service is normally pretty good. It's one of the reasons that I buy their product.
