    I don't understand, what's the problem ???

    Hi guys!
The small pinion (# 8579) tears every 15 packs approximately.
FYI: I run in 6S but flanged at 75% of the gas. I grease the rear axle regularly, each time I change the pinion I recheck everything and yet the teeth of the pinion systematically break.
I do not know what to do...
Thank you in advance for your help.

The pinion gear just floats in the bearing. Nothing to stop it from crashing into the ring gear.like landing on rear tires.it needs to be bolted to the plantary. Then gear mesh can be set and it will stay. Have to use vivaton case and set gear mesh with washers under the carrier holders.i think this is most of the heat issues too.all the damage to my pinions start at the back of the gear closer to the bearing which shows it's too close to the ring gear

Thank you for your answer. But how do you do to bolt the pinion to the planet? do you have pictures maybe? Can the Vitavon rear axle solve this problem? If so, this is the only part I miss in a vitavon.
