How do I turn off my E revo 2.0?

    Good morning all,
To turn off my E revo 2.0 (VXL-6S) I have to disconnect a battery, is it normal that when I press the ESC button it does not turn off?
    Thank you for your help.
    François.

OK thank you for your answer. But it doesn't hurt the ESC to switch it off savagely like that?

Nope...that ESC is designed that way...if you keep trying to power it off via the ESC button...you will end up in programming mode. Just unplug and your set. Its more amperage and voltage pop that you get once you connect your packs. No worry about unplugging.

There was a firmware update that changed this. Now just unplug lipos.

    Edit:
ah I see someone stated this already...
