    Low voltage error persists

On a fully charged battery I get the flashing red light on my ESC. I understand this is the low-voltage indicator and have went through the steps to reset it. When i follow the steps I do get the flashing red light to go solid however any action from my controller (throttle or turning the wheel) immediately causes the low-voltage alarm to trigger.

    1. is the battery bad? how do i check?
    2. is the system control bad? how do i check?

    Any other ideas? TIA

I'm pretty sure I am doing that. Red light is NIHM mode, Green Light is Lipo. I get a solid red light after resetting the ESC. but it immediatly starts to blink read once i engage the controller (throttle or turn the wheel).
