Wide Kit and metal drive shafts = steering problem.

    Hi,

I installed the wide kit and steel drive shafts.
When I turn the front wheels the drive shafts rub on themselves inside the hub. They rub so much the wheels slow down.

The metal shaft rubs on the part that goes through the bearing.

Any ideas what I have done wrong?

Does it do it if you turn it the other way?

You might need to adjust the servo endpoints.

    Hi,

Yep it does it both ways

I am getting the Bluetooth for the remote so will try and adjust the end points.

Yeah, just adjust end points and you should be good. That's plenty of travel.

    Thanks guys!

I will adjust and see if that helps.

Should I also put grease inside the joints?

I've had good luck with wax based lube on my cvd's over the years. I use white lightning clean ride.
