Thoughts on the Xmaxx store?

Might have bought a B&M alloy set and a set of mod 1.5 gears. I already have a motor and esc.

This will be my second modded Xmaxx.
First one was done with hobbywing and Wfo
This one will use a spectrum esc and 800 kv

We shall see if the parts come.

That's a lot of money for aluminum. If it was gold, then okay. You can get the motor and ESC mount for under a hundred bucks. Then I'd do this for your battery trays. It works good, looks good, less weight, and a whole lot cheaper.

I don’t use the battery trays the smc batteries I have fit in the stock location using the stock hold downs.
It may be a few bucks but the quality is good.

So they don’t have my 30/35 gears. They are suggesting 33/33. Any thoughts? What can I expect? Faster slower? I have another Xmaxx with 30/35 gearing and it is fast and perfect. I don’t know what the 33/33 will be like. I will be running a dynamite fuse 800kv

Too tall. Even for that motor. Gonna run into heat issues on most of the components

Nothing better than winter bashing a Xmaxx with paddles. One thing about winter is there are jumps everywhere. Easy to make too. Winter bashing is great!
