Hello.
I wore my stock tires down to the point of being raceing slicks and off road performance is pretty bad. So I was wondering if I need the 1/2" off set for these to fit on my xmaxx?
Also are they better at not ballooning than the stock tires?

Those tires size is more for the erevos it Has 17mm hex. So won't work.

4.3 is xmaxx size and want to say hex is 24mm.

They are much heavier than the stock erevo tires and balloon way more. I did get better backflips with them on my eRevo untill the foam self destructed

Then got badlands and had much better performance.

Need to at least find tires with 24mm hex ( I double check and it is 24mm).

If the tires are larger or smaller than 4.3 you gear up or down accordingly.

My buddy has the six pack version. I think these tires are great. They are belted, so compared to stock, far less ballooning. though it still happens.

Relatively durable compared to stock.

One aspect I like about these tires, compared to the Badlands (which I had previously) they are not as stiff. I think this gives a nice balance of durability yet soft enough to give during impact.

Whereas of the badlands I think were suspect of damaging other parts because they’re so hard.

Also half the price.

You wont be disappointed with the belted tires. Im sure they're going to balloon a bit just cause you can see it on my slash 2wd on 3s. But the traction is actually insane.
