HiTec servo arm for 4x4 Slash in 2wd Slash/Bandit/Rustler?!

Does anybody know of a servo arm for the 2wd Slash and Rustler/Bandit with the 4x4 bell cranks and using a HiTec 645mg servo? Need that for my Bandit project that has an old 645mg in it and if there is an aluminum one available, that would just be better.

I bought both of those servo arms, plus a pair of small front wings and a package of lead strips for some extra forward bite.
