Wheelie bar on big wheel 4Pede.

I am working on my Big Foot Monster Pede.

The stock version works, when it stays in place. Without a wheelie bar it just flips.

What do you use for a bar?

The wheelie bar from the Hoss mounts right up to the Stampede 4x4... just not sure where the body you plan on using might have clearance issues on the bumper part of the wheelie bar..
Although the actual bumper part has 2 screws in it that removes the bumper and just put 2 spacers in place of that the same thickness and reinstall those screws.
With the bumper part removed you will have more clearance.
Once you have a Hoss wheelie bar in hand all of this will become much clearer

You could always try the rear set up from a rustler 4x4

    Thanks for the ideas.

I will look these things up when I get some time.

I have the stock wheelie bar, but before I got it, somebody drilled holes in the clamping part where it adjusts, and put small screws thru it.

I just safety wired it for this season.

It took some pretty hard hits with no problem.

I have some upgrades planned for this winter. I will do something more elegant then.

A zip tie is my goto for wheelie bar setting.
