M41 battery issue
I'm having a problem with my m41, I have a battery connector that gets so hot it melts the solder, however the battery itself is not hot, nor the motor and speed controller. I have the duel pick up rudder and have a grim racer 42×55 prop..any help greatly appreciated

Was traxxas, now Dean's, using two 3s 5200 50c lipos

The smaller diameter prop might be making it run to hot, stock is 42x59 so it's working extra hard.
I use XT-90's and have no issues with heat and use 2-3s 5300 45c batteries.
