    Question Center Diff leaking

Hy everyone, i have the problem that my center differential is leaking, on both of mine minis. And so after a few rides everything runs dry. Does somebody have the same problem and maybe already a solution?
the diffs are new , and nothing is broken, i use the hudy 100K fluid in it.

Maybe its my fault and i overtight the 3 screws, is there a recommendation?

    Thx for your help.

Cars stock have a locking center diff. No fluid in them. If your talking about the front and rear diffs. Perhaps make sure the seals are seated right and not pinched.

I prelube them when I install them but I still had one leak on me.

Don't have a good fix other than get new seals...

I also noticed that depending on the cleaning product I use the seals will expand... But shrink back once dry. Perhaps that is messing with them.

If it’s leaking then it has to be one of a couple things, a) seals are leaking (maybe from over tightening or not being centered when diff case closed), the seals are too dry,, or b) the diff case isn’t closed all the way.

Open it up and check all seals are still good and not crushed or damaged. If they look good, put a dab of oil on them and seat them carefully - close case and try again.

A diff shouldn’t leak at all if working correctly - none of mine do.
