Weak point in the front end.
I run my X in a big field with lots of uneven spots. On one end is a sidewalk. One 3 foot section has less dirt by it but that is king of hidden by the grass. I’ve been driving over it for years.
Yesterday it got just high enough on the bumper at almost full speed and it hit square. My truck went 3 feet straight up.
Broke the front clip and upper diff cover. I get to replace them while watching football today.
I marked when they broke on the new one.
It was still rolling afterwards. Hope I didn’t bend the driveshaft.
Man what a tough machine.

Weak point in the front end.
Here is where it hit on my TBone bumper.
Oh, I will check the drive shaft for straightness. I will disassemble the diff. Where should I look for damage in this kind of wreck.

Also check front shock towers at hinge pin inserts. They can sheer off. I do it all the time from big air.
Here’s an example, its the rear but same difference.
