what are the specs of the traxxas bec?
I want to use with with 3 cell lipo, but i am not sure if it`s gonna work.
Which BEC are you talking about? The external BEC, or a BEC that is installed in a specific ESC.

Which Traxxas BEC? The one for the TRX4 can handle 3s. Also the 2260.
The bec doesn't directly connect up to the battery, instead it connects up to the ESC's external power tapp (the same one used for the light kit). So the BEC will work with any battery that the ESC can work with (up to 3s).
To answer your question yes, it will work with 3s.

I have BEC: TRA2262 which gives 6 V output.
Q: are the negative poles of the main Li-Po battery (basically any main battery) and the negative pole of the BEC interconnected = on the same potencial?
Note: I also have LED kit TRA8038 which gives 3 V output. Is negative pole of this LED module also on the same potential as "the others" negative poles?
= Can all of these three negative poles potentials be inter-connected to create one single main negative pole throught the whole rig/electrical system?
Why I ask all of this? I want to switch with one relay contact to toggle ON/OFF multiple lights which works with the diffrent voltage:
- roof lights (6 V)
- reverse lights (6 V)
- rock light (3 V)
so I am thinking to wire throughout the relay negative pole and have positive poles to lights always connected.

Even Traxxas online (chat) support doesn't know - don't want to tell ;-)
So I measured it (circuit continuity and voltage between different negative poles) and yes, all negative poles are interconnected.
So I continue with my electrical installation modification ;-)

Thanks for this hint. It might be true... I wanted to interconnect grounds of the BEC (6 V) and LED module (3 V) only. The circuits it should feed are different LED lights, which basically are diodes.
Anyway...
I decided in the end to use only LED module (3 V output) for all lights.
Rock lights work with 3 V, Ramp light would give more light with 6 V (as it is designed up to 7,4 V) but is OK also with 3V, and I made small mod to backing lights (originaly designed also for 6 V - FUTABA connector). I measured voltage over the LED (with resistor connected) and it was exactly 3V, so I excluded resistors and will feed also these backing lights from LED module.
Will show you my setup soon, including temporary (behind the rear window) placed 2 x thermometers and 1 x volmeter (just for my curiosity about ESC and motor temperatures during hard rock crowling) .
All is af course switchable via additional 4 channel 433 MHz transmitter/receiver.
