Hot racing sealed diff
This thing will not line up and close all the way. I've got a gap. It's driving me crazy! Any ideas? If I could upload a picture I'd show ya'll

I had a hard time with mine when i tried installing the sealed diff too. My issue was the little rods that the gears ride on, weren't in the right spot. You might have them backwards too cause if i remember right, they're two different lengths. When i put it back together it had a small space probably like what you're talking about, and the shafts wouldn't spin.
