    Rustler 4x4 vxl body options

    Looking to see if i have any options to change the body on my rustler 4x4 vxl besides buying a clear body. Is there any options out there?

    As far as I know there is only one other option. A Ford Raptor body that will fit the cage that the rustler 4x4 comes with. It’s from Proline for about 40 usd.

    The Hoss body fits also. It may require the cage from the Hoss also.

    Ive owned my ProLine Raptor body about 2-3 weeks-ish since painting/maiden voyage in the rain. Must say, i AM THOROUGHLY un-impressed with the durability! Sheesh! The factory body lasted through SO MUCH worse abuse, for SO muvch longer, pretty sure i cracked the raptor on third time out, and am now shoe goo-ing cracks 4-6. Not prolines best work, and i was SO stoked! Lol still, was my first RC paintjob, and i like it a lot! Just wish she was tougher! I'm currently mounting the new Rustler 4x4 VXL LED light kit from Traxxas.

    Nice you'll have to attach a picture of it all and good old Kevin shoe goo technique huh? Tumble wumble lol my light kit is supposed to be here by the 30th I'm pumped up for it, already have other lights so spliced a few connectors together so everything will work off their voltage regulator i hope!
