Rear diff house melting or grinding away?

Hello, this is my first post. I have lots to learn! I was searching through some old threads on here about my problem, but I don't see a real good answer. Basically, my rear diff housing is getting friction melted and ground away and I just dont see why. I put a brand new housing, brand new bearings, and new grease in this 2 days ago. I ran it one time for 10 minutes. The result:

Enlarging the photo shows a few things.
What spur gear do you have? Why not stock?
The bearing adapter is backwards
There are two holes on the input/slipper shaft. Move the pin to the other hole and see what happens.
