Max8 Combo In Slash

just making sure before I buy anything, The hobbywing Max will fit in an LCG Chassis without having to move the reciever box right?

Hello, what motor can size are you planning on bying?
I dont have that combo, but i think it will be a tight fitment.

I did meassured my slash 4x4 lcg for you, its 110 mm from motor plate to reciever box.

Looks like the Max 8 esc is 48 mm wide, if we take 48+68 mm can = 116 mm total.

you have to check yourself, but from the dimensions I could find online it will not fit.

Motor length looks like it's 74mm for the 2200kV and 68mm for the 2600kV:

Im using the 2200kv motor that squeegie listed
74mm long
42 mm in diameter

59.8(L)
48(W)
36.8(H)

Ok, so 74+48 mm= 122 mm in total, I think you have to relocate your receiver.

how do people fit the MMX then?

I think they move the receiver box to the front of chassi. Is is some mounting holes there.

What Can I put that would benefit the car in the space/ I dont really like the look of having wasted space, because rcs are so small
