Still getting all the functions working correctly and measuring before I grind, sand and paint..
Aluminum ramps cut out of perforated aluminum and made a hold down bracket which is probably where the ramps will be stored when not in use..
Got the rear gate pivoting and custom made a tongue from 3/4" C channel

Body dings, holes, primer and base coat are done..a little drying time I can start masking to match paint with the tow rig.

I get to start getting rid of the ugly...lol

Still have a few finishing details to wrap up and waiting for 2 more Traxxas method wheels to come in to match the tow rig but for the most part this is close to the finished product on the trailer excluding drilling holes for 2 amber lights and 2 red tail lights. Lights will be on an isolated 9 volt battery for just the trailer..
Hoping when the 2.2 wheels show up the trailer will sit a tad lower and I'll adjust the tongue setup accordingly..right now for mock up those are 2.8 wheels

    Thank you Squeegie,

For the business end it's a basic 1rst yr. apprentice axle setup as all it has to do is roll free..looking at the inside edge of the tires lined up against some factory holes in the floor pan I'd say it got lined up fairly straight.. the trailer tongue is that C channel which is over 20" long going the full length of the trailer out to the coupler for tow rig..was concerned with too much flex if I only attached it to the first couple inches of the trailer. It also made a nice wire tray for the lighting..not my ideal place to mount my power source for the lights but didn't want to take up valuable space inside the trailer or have it be visible...the battery box is sealed all around except for the on/off switch..
Have to custom make a hitch setup for tow rig but I've got it figured out to where only the hitch ball will be visible and bracket will be hidden behind the bumper of the tow rig

Thanks for checking it out Nitro- Much appreciated!

Got my hitch setup installed and it works as planned..once I paint it black the only thing visible will be the brass hitch ball [emoji106]
