    Sometimes you need the transmission to turn for the reverse gear to engage, so it releases the strain on the servo. Shift the servo to reverse again, and roll the car backward to see if the buzzing disappears.

    The buzzing did not go away when I did that. I looked closer and it is bottoming out the ball cup. The servo is using more travel than the cup can provide. I also tried moving the link to the closer hole on the horn and the the buzzing persisted.
    Who needs coffee when you have a 10KV+ capacitor?
