Servo "over" steer can not find center

The servo all of a sudden started to always over steer.

When I turn right and release, the servo goes past center so the car turns left.
When I turn left and release, the servo goes past center so the car turns right.

Think it over steers about the same from both directions.
Pretty hard to drive the car this way, and when the TSM is active the wobbles like crazy.

Is this a common issue with servos, or is there any adjustment that can help for this?

Turn down your TSM or turn it off. High chance it'll fix it.

I have turned the TSM to "off" or at least turned the knob as far as possible counter clockwise.
And it even then turns like 5 degrees past center coming both from right or left.

I'd have to say that your servo is bad but first check the steering to see if any parts are broken or cracked.
